I've been putting this on tacos all week and the cilantro really comes through without burying the chili heat. Keeping it in the fridge means it's always cold and ready, which honestly makes it too easy to go through a tub fast.

This stuff has been living in my fridge door for two weeks now and I'm still not tired of it. The cilantro comes through way stronger than the chili, which I love for drizzling over tacos and eggs.

The chili heat hits right at the end, which I like on eggs and rice bowls. Only gripe is the cilantro gets a bit lost once it's been in the fridge a few days. Still solid enough that I finished the tub.
