Spread this on a toasted bagel and it's basically dessert for breakfast now. The sweet-salty balance is dead on, not cloying like most caramel dips. Keeping a jar in the fridge at all times.

I've been dipping apple slices in this after work and the caramel is thick enough that it actually clings instead of running off. It's kept in the fridge so it comes out cool, which makes the sweet and salty thing work even better.

The sweetness and salt hit at just the right moments, and it pours smoothly straight from the fridge without separating. I’ve been spooning it over apple slices and it turns a plain snack into something special.
