I've been drizzling this over scrambled eggs every morning and it's become a habit I don't want to break. The kick builds slowly instead of slapping you in the face, which I actually prefer for breakfast.

The heat hits right away but doesn't drown out the flavor, which I was worried about. I've been putting it on eggs every morning and it's become a habit.

Spicy without being punishing, this sauce has a nice slow heat that builds as you eat. I mostly use it on tacos and burritos, and it does exactly what it promises. Just remember it needs to stay refrigerated, so it won't work for a pantry stash.
